Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and secure alignment on project deliverables and timelines

Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects, ensuring successful outcomes on time and within scope. Communication: Clearly communicate change impacts, project updates, and business benefits to a range of audiences.

Resource Management: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
