Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Belfast.

The client is offering up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella the role is Inside of IR35. This is an on-site working opportunity in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The estimated start date is 1st October 2025.

Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet). Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime. Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries. Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR. Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing. Administer various leave types and resolve system errors.
