A superb role is now available with a highly successful, international Asset Management business. They are now looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their highly collegiate team.

The purpose of this role is to be a subject matter expert on Workday as well as supporting the entire employee lifecycle, process improvements, build frameworks and ways of working, support with transformations and most importantly being the overall engine room for HR. This role will suit candidates that have a strong HR Operations background and are SME in Workday. You will have proven experience in a fast paced Financial Services or Professional Services environment. They use Candidates will also need experience of managing a small team, have a strong understanding of payroll (how it works not processing it) and also delivering on HR projects in a busy and demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are also essential. A brilliant role in a genuinely wonderful team and an aspirational HR Leader to work with.
