What Youll Lead:

• Safer Recruitment & Compliance: Own the Single Central Register and all pre-employment checks, ensuring we meet ISI, legal and GDST standards every day.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with the DFO to deliver seamless recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• HR Administration Excellence: Keep employee records accurate, secure and up to date across all systems.
• Staff Support: Be the go-to person for HR queries, policies and day-to-day guidance.
• Operational HR: Support probation, absence management, appraisals, employee relations and key HR processes.
• Audit & Inspection Readiness: Help maintain a compliant, inspection-ready HR environment at all times.
