About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Office Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in HR and office administration within a supportive environment. You'll play an important part in helping the HR team deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Providing day to day administrative support to the HR team
Preparing refreshments for visitors and meetings
Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls when required
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record management
Supporting data entry tasks and basic reporting
