HR / Office Manager | £40k - £55k | London (Onsite)


We’re looking for a junior HR / Office Manager with 2–6 years’ experience, ideally from a fintech, tech, or financial services startup environment. This role suits someone who has grown up in a fast-paced, high-growth company and is now looking to take real ownership across both people operations and the day-to-day running of a London office.


What you’ll be doing:

Managing onboarding and supporting the employee lifecycle

Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth-running environment

Acting as the first point of contact for office visitors and external stakeholders

Liaising with building management and external vendors

Supporting HR processes and maintaining HR systems (HiBob / HRIS)

Helping to drive a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture on site


What we’re looking for:

2–6 years’ experience in an HR or Office Manager role

Experience working in a fintech, tech, or financial services startup environment

Background in a fast-paced, high-growth company

Highly organised, hands-on, and proactive mindset

Strong communication skills and a “no task too small” attitude

Ambitious, driven, and eager to take ownership early in your career


The details:

£40,000 – £55,000 salary + discretionary bonus

London – 5 days onsite
