HR / Office Manager | £40k - £55k | London (Onsite)


We’re looking for a proactive HR / Office Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-performing environments. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both people operations and the day-to-day running of a London office, playing a key role in shaping culture and supporting a growing, ambitious team.


What you’ll be doing:

Managing onboarding and supporting the employee lifecycle

Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth-running environment

Acting as the first point of contact for office visitors and external stakeholders

Liaising with building management and external vendors

Supporting HR processes and maintaining HR systems (HiBob / HRIS)

Helping to drive a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture on site


What we’re looking for:

2–3 years’ experience in an HR or Office Manager role

Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred

Highly organised, hands-on, and proactive mindset

Strong communication skills and a “no task too small” attitude

Ambitious, driven, and eager to take ownership early in your career


The details:

£40,000 – £55,000 salary + discretionary bonus

London – 5 days onsite
