ToproactivelyassistmanagersinagroupofserviceareastoachievetheirserviceobjectivesthroughtheprovisionofexpertHRadviceandassistance Toactasleadofficeroncorporatetraininganddevelopment ToactforHRasleadofficerforsafeguarding WorkflexiblywithotherHRstafftoensureaneffectiveHRserviceisprovidedtotheorganisation ObjectivesHR&ODManager DeliveryofkeyprojectsidentifiedwithintheServiceAreaPlanwhichcontributetosuccessfullyimplementingtheCorporateBusinessPlanandpeoplemanagementstrategies.
