They’re now hiring their first HR Manager to build and lead a future ready people strategy.

The Role

A newly created leadership position, ideal for a senior HR professional ready to shape an HR function in a growing tech driven environment.

You’ll work closely with leadership to scale people operations, lead cultural initiatives, and ensure HR aligns with business growth.

You Bring

• 7+ years' HR leadership, ideally in a London based tech or commercial business
• Strong UK employment law knowledge and compliance expertise
• Experience driving culture, performance, and change initiatives
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
• Comfortable using HR systems like BambooHR and data to inform decisions

Key Focus

• Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business goals
• Manage HR operations, employee relations, and performance
• Lead on engagement, inclusion, and culture
• Ensure legal and policy compliance in partnership with the legal team
• Deliver clear HR analytics and reporting
