Leaders in Care are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an award-winning care home provider in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the HR function within a growing organisation, with clear progression into a senior leadership role.

What will you be doing?
Leading and managing all day-to-day HR operations across the organisation
Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Managing employee relations, performance, and disciplinary processes
Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and CQC standards
Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiativesWhat do you need?
CIPD Level 7 qualification (desirable)
Proven experience managing a full HR function independently
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Experience within health & social care (desirable)
The ambition to grow and lead a developing HR departmentIf you’ve worked as an HR Business Partner, People Manager, or Human Resources Specialist, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
