Your capabilities and experience to succeed: At least 10 years of progressive HR Manager/Generalist/Consultant A hands-on, inclusive, and inspiring people leader committed to continuous improvement and the development of organisational capabilities and the P&C team Proven experience in managing and influencing direct reports and working within an international organization with exposure to matrix and Sales and Service environments Demonstrated skills in influential people and change leadership within an international context Strong advocate for digitalisation and continuous improvement of business and HR/P&C operations using available company tools Capable of working under pressure and dealing with ambiguity with a mature and resilient personality Excellent in-depth knowledge of UK and Irish employment laws Sound understanding of the regulatory environment in the employment field within United Kingdom and Ireland Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an applicable area, ideally related to human resources management Fluent in spoken and written English
Additional Information This position is located within Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire (Hybrid setup 3 days office 2 home); UK travel required (appr. up to 20%). You will report to the respective cluster leader.
