Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager or Business Partner to join a highly respected and well-established warehousing and storage business with a strong presence across the UK.

With further expansion planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business where a people-focused HR professional will help to shape strategy, compliance and workplace culture. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience across a business going through an expansion phase.

This is a site-based role, which will include travel to other UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Play the lead role in developing strategy and compliance for HR in a growing business.
Provide expertise, guidance and support on a range of HR matters.
Provide expertise and leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Review, develop and implement comprehensive HR policies across all aspects of the business.
Spearhead the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on all HR metrics to share and advise at senior management level.Person Specification:

At least 3 years' experience in a HR role in a fast-paced business, this may be either in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator position.
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified.
Previous experience in a SME environment.
Experience in dealing with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulatory changes.Processing Your Data
