Supporting a workforce of approximately 250 employees across multiple sites, this is a key leadership role with both strategic influence and hands-on delivery. Based in Belfast (hybrid working available), the HR Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive and play a central role in shaping people strategy, supporting organisational growth, and embedding a positive, people-first culture.
