HR Intern

Term: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract starting in May / June 2026

About the Role:

The Ideal Candidate: Experience:

Exposure to HR through academic projects, internships, or placements is beneficial. Understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, or HR information systems is an advantage.

Skills:

Curious mindset with a strong passion for innovation and process improvement. Ability to work on own initiative, manage priorities, and deliver results in a busy HR environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications:

Working towards or having achieved a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the rollout and daily use of the global HR Information System (Workday), ensuring accurate data and smooth adoption. Provide administrative support across the new starter and onboarding process, helping to deliver a positive employee experience. Assist the HR Business Partner and Head of HR with key people initiatives and projects aligned to business goals. Contribute to HR compliance activities, maintaining documentation and helping to meet internal and external requirements. Support HR events and activities such as careers fairs and outreach programmes, representing the organisation's employer brand. ​
