Your new company HR Generalist - Interim Opportunity - Must have SC Clearance or had this previously. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a small, high-impact HR team within a government-affiliated organisation. This interim role offers the chance to contribute to a wide range of HR activities, from operational delivery to strategic initiatives, in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
About the Role As HR Generalist, you'll support the organisation's mission by ensuring operational capacity is maintained and HR services are delivered consistently and effectively. You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, support recruitment surges, contribute to intranet development, and help drive employee engagement initiatives.
