We offer commercial advice and solutions, supporting SME businesses across Scotland and the UK in many sectors and industries, supporting all aspects of HR.
Our clients include growing and aspiring organisations with a range of sectors including manufacturing, technology and construction, as well as family businesses, charities and social enterprises and other SME organisations across many sectors. Our clients vary in size, some as small as 10 people, and others employing several hundred.
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our friendly team, either on a full time or part time basis (options available to suit personal circumstances). The HR Generalist role is a dynamic, client-facing role suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support.
You will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of employee relations (ER) matters, providing practical advice, whilst ensuring full compliance with current employment legislation. You will have the ability to navigate complex HR processes, providing advice and guidance to our wide-range of clients.
