HR Business Partner Employee Relations focus - Organisational Transformation

Immediate Start Initial 12 months FTC £80k-£85k + benefits package London (hybrid)

Our client is a large global law firm. It is undertaking a major international change programme and requires specific expertise to join the transformation ASAP.

Essential Experience Required: Multi-jurisdictional Employee Relations exposure, including dealing with Continental European regions and related Works Councils Organisational change/transformation experience, including preparatory process ahead of execution/delivery Experience navigating complex global org structure Outstanding stakeholder management skills, especially in consulting/advising senior leadership Comfort operating under intense pace, scrutiny, and confidentiality
