HR Co-ordinator

As an HR Co-ordinator/Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

Key Tasks:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across HR systems and processes. Assist with recruitment activities, interviews and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and manage absence reporting. Support employee relations cases and prepare HR documentation. Contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives and community engagement projects.What we are looking for:

Solid work history. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (preferred). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Why join us?
