Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both its workforce and operational compliance processes. This is a diverse, hands-on role covering a broad spectrum of people-related activities, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in HR and employee wellbeing. Youll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a smooth experience across the employee lifecycle, assist with training and development efforts, and maintain accurate and compliant records. Youll also help ensure the workplace environment remains positive, safe, and well-organised.
