Were a small team with big ambition and were looking for an experienced HR Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver excellent service. The Role This is a client-facing role, where you will be expected to visit our clients onsite. While youll have a desk at our Warwick office, youll spend some of your time out supporting clients onsite across Warwickshire, providing proactive HR support tailored to each business. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of clients (including 23 larger accounts and several SMEs).
Provide clear, commercial HR advice on a wide range of matters.
Attend regular onsite meetings with clients youll be the face of our service.
Handle day-to-day HR admin including letters, employee records, and compliance updates.
Coordinate and manage HR processes: onboarding, leavers, changes, probations, etc.
Deliver HR metrics, monthly reports, and payroll-related data.
Support with employee relations: note-taking, documentation, and guidance.
Keep policies, handbooks, and procedures up to date and compliant.
Participate in recruitment and project-based work as needed.
