Location: Halesowen (with hybrid working opportunities available after induction)

Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (DOE + benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our HR Manager and HR Advisors to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You’ll:

Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues
Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
Mentor and support HR Advisors
Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

You’ll Bring

Who We’re Looking For

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills

Even Better If You Also Have

CIPD Level 7
Team leadership experience within HR
Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments
Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Up to 40 hours per week
1-hour lunch break daily
