We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a HR Consultant to work in their Solihull office on a 6 month contract.

The HR Consultant role comes with a rate of £28.59 per hour.

Key skills
Partner with Business Partnering team to deliver HR initiatives and change projects.
Apply HR policies and procedures consistently at a local level.
Use data insights to spot trends and improve working practices.
Support talent development and succession planning.
Assist with Trade Union and Business Forum consultations.
Coach leaders to handle people processes independently.
Support organisational change for positive business and employee outcomes.
Manage HR processes effectively, ensuring compliance and proper use of systems.
Contribute to HR projects across departments and regions.
Help managers handle complex employee relations cases.
