We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, playing a key role in delivering our People Strategy and supporting operational leaders across a multi-site environment.

The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to align people strategy with business objectives. You’ll focus on building leadership capability, improving workforce stability, and supporting sustainable business growth.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, while being supported by HR Advisors and central People services for day-to-day HR delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Partnering
Partner with senior leaders to align workforce and business strategy
Provide commercial HR insight, guidance, and constructive challenge
Support the delivery of people initiatives that drive performance and growth
Workforce Planning & Capability
Support workforce planning and resourcing strategies
Identify and mitigate risks such as attrition, recruitment challenges, and leadership gaps
Develop solutions to improve workforce stability and capability
Leadership Development
Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness
Contribute to leadership development initiatives
Build management confidence in handling people-related matters
Culture & Engagement
Support the development of a high-performing, values-driven culture
Work with leaders to improve engagement and retention
Promote accountability and positive behaviours across teams
Organisational Change & Design
Lead or support organisational change initiatives, including restructures
Provide expert advice on organisational design and workforce structure
Ensure change is delivered effectively and fairly
Employee Relations
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters
Support early and effective resolution of people issues
Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies
Data & Insight
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making
Use insights to drive improvements in absence, attrition, and engagement
About You
You’ll be a confident and credible HR professional who can influence at all levels and balance commercial needs with people priorities.
Essential:
Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
Strong employee relations expertise
Experience supporting leaders in a multi-site environment
Experience delivering or supporting organisational change
Desirable:
Experience in healthcare, social care, or regulated sectors
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or working towards)
CIPD membership

Additional Requirements
