HR Business Partner – Banking Client Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced banking institution based in London, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner This engagement offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges in a highly regulated setting. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a structured yet evolving environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. Payroll • Complete end-to-end processing of UK payroll, including reconciliation of reports and clarification of discrepancies• Provide guidance to staff regarding pay components and clearly communicate variations due to Maternity Leave, Sickness Absence, Parental Leave, or other prorated adjustments Talent Acquisition • Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within the Branch, as assigned by the Head of HR• Ensure all necessary internal and Group-level hiring approvals are secured, whether roles are within or outside of budget• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and line managers to schedule interviews, following established instructions• Keep an up-to-date record of candidate CVs and send acknowledgments to direct applicants in accordance wi...
