What You’ll Do

Partner with senior leaders to turn business strategy into clear, actionable people plans Drive org design, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives Lead on performance, talent reviews, and succession planning Coach leaders to raise the bar on performance, feedback, and accountability Handle complex ER issues and manage risk confidently Support change and transformation as the business evolves Use data to spot trends, challenge thinking, and guide decisions What You’ll Bring

Extensive HR experience, including true business partnering Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong UK employment law knowledge Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging when needed Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and scaling teams Commercial thinking and strong judgement Resilience—you stay calm when things move fast Nice to Have

Experience in PE-backed or scaling businesses Exposure to acquisitions / TUPE CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) Why Join? You’ll have real influence here.
