Senior Salmon LTD are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Pinxton.

As a key member of the HR, you will deliver commercially viable HR Solutions to develop capability and drive business performance. You will lead and support business change and promote behaviours ensuring HR is fit for now and fit for the future. Coaching and developing our managers is a key priority ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management and proactive resolution of issues that arise.

You will also work collaboratively with the wider HR team (e.g. L&D and Payroll) agreeing any priorities to meet stakeholder requirements and deliver and embed processes.

Responsibilities include:

You will partner with People Managers across the organisation establishing strong relationships and representing the HR Team in a positive light by demonstrating best practice in all HR related matters. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to support the development and delivery of the HR Strategy taking the lead or a supporting role on a range of projects as required. Provide guidance and support to People Managers on a range of employee relations cases of varying complexity ensuring that documentation is prepared, and timescales are adhered to in a timely manner.
