The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment and enjoys shaping HR delivery from the ground up?
This is a newly created position designed to provide dedicated HR support to a stakeholder group of around 100 managers and employees. You’ll join a close‑knit, collaborative HR team and play a pivotal role in embedding strong people practices across a growing part of the business.
Your work will span both operational and strategic HR, from hands‑on ER casework to supporting organisational design, workforce planning and project delivery. No two days will look the same - and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Partnering: Providing end‑to‑end HR support across operational and support functions, acting as a trusted advisor. Employee Relations: Leading complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies. Change & Growth Support: Supporting teams through organisational change, new site set‑ups and periods of rapid expansion.
