I am delighted to supporting my client an established and leading Estate Agent to appoint a HR Business Partner. About the role.. A HR Business Partner you will work with your client group to offer support, guidance and coaching on HR best practise and ensure they follow processes and procedures. You will work closely with senior leaders to support them in developing high performing teams and meet business objectives. You will work closely with your HR team and report to the Head of HR to deliver a best in class HR services, support HR projects and deliver the wider HR strategy. Within this role you will be working on ER cases c20 at anyone time and will be involved in TUPE work which will include restructures, change management and TUPE due diligence. Key experience required: You will be an experienced HR professional ideally having worked in a HR Business Partner role from professional services, Real Estate, retail or hospitality sectors and have worked across a multi-sited business. You will have an excellent understanding of ER casework and confident managing multiple cases at any one time. You will have experience with TUPE whether led or supported the process.
