HR Business Partner

to join their team on a long-term interim basis. The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across a diverse workforce

Provide strategic and operational HR support aligned to organisational objectives

Lead on complex employee relations cases including change, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters

Support organisational change, workforce planning, and service transformation initiatives

Interpret and apply employment legislation, policies, and best practice within a public sector environment

Use data and insight to influence decision-making and improve people outcomes

About You

You will bring: Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner (public sector experience desirable but not essential)

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

Confidence operating in complex, unionised environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance risk and commerciality
