Right now, we are looking for a HR Business Support Administrator to play a pivotal role in our Central Services in London.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

This role involves maintaining accurate records of employee relations (ER) cases, coordinating meetings, and ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality throughout all HR processes. Responsibilities include managing shared HR inboxes, supporting internal communications, and assisting with data entry and reporting for ER trends. The role also supports the alignment of HR documentation with company policies, participates in audits, and contributes to broader HR projects and team initiatives. A strong focus is placed on confidentiality, organisation, and timely follow-up across all tasks

Here's what the team will be looking for

Demonstrated experience in administrative or HR support roles, with strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
