A leading financial services organisation is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted parter to your client groups, this role will support up to Executive Committee and will have a pivotal contribution in setting and implementing people strategies. You will work closely with senior leaders in order to identify workforce trends, forecast future talent needs, and steer initiatives to promote a high-performance culture.
