HR Business Partner - Financial Services

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted parter to your client groups, this role will support up to Executive Committee and will have a pivotal contribution in setting and implementing people strategies.
You will work closely with senior leaders in order to identify workforce trends, forecast future talent needs, and steer initiatives to promote a high-performance culture. This is a high impact role that will contribute to decision making at the highest levels.
As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and management teams in aligning people strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements
building strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders and line managers
leading on the delivery of people initiatives and cyclical activities for such as salary review, talent mapping, succession planning, engagement surveys and development strategies
influencing leaders in their decision making on people related strategies such as team development, engagement surveys and re-organisations
leading on workforce planning initiatives, forecasting future talent needs and integrating succession plans and leadership development
