What that means day to day
As a key strategic partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to drive people-focused initiatives that fuel success. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Building strong relationships – Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs and provide expert HR guidance.
- Solving people challenges – Proactively identify issues and implement innovative, tailored solutions.
- Developing leaders – Coach managers to retain top talent, ensuring robust succession and development plans.
- Leveraging data for impact – Use people analytics to spot trends, enhance organisational health, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Shaping the future – Offer expertise in organisational design and integration projects.
- Optimising performance – Help the business manage attrition, absence, and performance to foster a high-performing culture.
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- HR expertise – A solid background in an HR/People function with proven experience as an HR Business Partner, including handling complex employee relations (ER) cases.
- CIPD Level 5 or above – A strong foundation in HR best practices and strategic people management.
- Change & transformation leadership – Recent experience in developing and implementing robust strategies for managing complex change processes.
- Employment Law expertise – Excellent knowledge of employment law with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues with confidence.
