Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rochester, with the flexibility of remote work one day per week. The HR and ER Advisor will lead and assist on matters related to Human Resources and Employee Relations, ensuring clients receive timely and expert advice. Key responsibilities include drafting HR policies, advising clients on labor and employment law compliance, managing employee relations issues, conducting HR-related meetings, and supporting dispute resolution processes where necessary.


Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations and managing workplace conflicts
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing HR documents and policies
  • Relevant experience or certifications in HR or Employment Law are advantageous
