I am exclusively partnering with a client of ours based in the Burnley area in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a stand-alone role where you will have the opportunity to shape the function in a business who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:Advising Managers on all people related queries and processesGuiding Managers through HR policiesSupporting with ER issues in relation to absence and performance issuesUpdating and reporting from the HR systemSupporting Managers with the recruitment and selection processWorking closely with Managers in relation to workforce planningSupporting with the TUPE processPromoting employee engagement and a positive working cultureIdentifying opportunities to improve the HR processSupporting with a variety of ongoing HR projectsThe ideal candidate for this role will have previous generalist HR experience along with excellent knowledge of employment law.
