Description

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers as needed.
Handle employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Coordinate training and development programmes to build staff capabilities.
Contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace culture aligned with organisational values.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
