Description

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with employment law. Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and participating in interviews. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the organisation. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality. Monitor and manage absence records, providing reports and recommendations as needed. Advise on performance management processes and support managers in delivering reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal obligations, providing updates as required.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Proven experience in a human resources role Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Competence in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
