I am delighted to be working with a highly reputable and dynamic professional services firm in Bath to help them recruit an HR Advisor. This is a newly created position due to growth, offering great exposure to work as a true generalist within a busy, forward thinking, and commercial HR team. Salary up to £40,000 + benefits and hybrid working of 2 days in the office. As the HR Advisor you will play a crucial role in supporting your designated business areas with all HR support and guidance, you will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and wider HR team ensuring a highly effective and efficient HR service is delivered across the organisation. Duties will include: First point of contact for all HR advice and guidance Provide advice and guidance on a range of Employee relation case work to include, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance. Coach and guide managers through the full employment life cycle to maximise performance. Provide excellent stakeholder management skills, building effective relationship's with your client groups. Support and lead on onboarding of new starters Support on cyclical HR activities i.e., pay reviews.
