Location: Stag Hill & Manor Park Campuses, Guildford, Surrey

Working Style - Hybrid - 2/3 days per week on site

Contract Type: Full-time | FTC 12/15 months

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 pro rata

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the employee experience, drive continuous improvement, and support the delivery of strategic People Plans across the University.

About the Role

As an HR Advisor, you'll be at the heart of their employee relations landscape, providing expert guidance, managing complex cases, and supporting the implementation of key HR initiatives. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and specialist teams to ensure their people practices are legally sound, strategically aligned, and culturally enriching.

Key Responsibilities
