About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Advisor to join our Central Functions HR team. As a visible and trusted partner to the business, you will play a key role in creating an engaging working environment and delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you'll help embed HR best practice, support managers with day-to-day people matters, and contribute directly to our HR strategy, ensuring our culture is positive, inclusive, and aligned with Pilgrim's Europe values.
