I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a high performing people team in a growing SME business. This role is best suited to a true generalist HR professional who is experienced in supporting and coaching Managers.Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:Providing expert HR advice to Managers across all areas of people and process advice, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment lawSupporting with investigationsAdvising Managers on recruitment and selectionLeading on all performance and absence issuesMaintaining accurate HR record and producing reports for ManagersIdentifying areas for continuous improvement to enhance the HR offering to the businessPromoting employee wellbeing, inclusion and company benefitsAssisting with early careers attraction and retentionThis is an ideal role for an experienced HR generalist who is personable, approachable and who works well as part of a team.
