Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support end‑to‑end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to interviews. Deliver smooth and engaging onboarding for new starters. Manage employee relations matters, including absence, conflict, grievances, and disciplinaries. Drive HR initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Deliver training sessions to enhance HR knowledge across the site. Partner with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and strategic HR projects.What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an HR Advisor within Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing or a similar industry. Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and discretion with confidential information.
