HR Advisor Based in Nottingham or surrounding areas | Full-time, permanent, hybrid role Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum

This role isn’t about sitting on the side lines. You’ll be in the thick of it - advising, coaching, analysing, and helping us build a workplace that works for everyone.
What you’ll be doing Supporting managers, the right way – You’ll be their go-to person on ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management), policies, and day-to-day questions. You’ll guide, explain, challenge and support. Keeping HR systems tight – From paperwork to reporting, you’ll make sure we have accurate, useful data that helps us make better people decisions.
