We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team in a hands-on generalist role supporting managers and employees across the business. You will provide professional HR advice, support employee relations matters and help ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees
Support employee relations cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance)
Manage operational HR activities including recruitment, HR data integrity, payroll support, and occupational health referrals
Produce monthly HR reports and support HR projects
Review HR policies and support continuous improvement initiatives
