HR Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations.
Office-based in the North Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
Employee relations casework - this is the main focus of the role
Employee lifecycle work
Line manager coaching and advice
Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
Recruitment support
HR data analytics
HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
HR Advisor level experience
Substantial experience of employee relations - leading disciplinaries, grievances, investigations etc. autonomously.
Self-assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations
CIPD Level 5 or working towards
Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise
