HR Advisor/People Advisor Location: Trowbridge (hybrid working 2-3 days in the office) Salary: 37,000 + plus excellent benefits Contract: Permanent, full time

We’re looking for an experienced People/HR Advisor to join a supportive HR team and partner with managers across the organisation. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide clear, professional advice on people matters, with a particular focus on coaching managers through a wide range of employee relations cases.

About the role As a People/HR Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted consultant to leaders, supporting them through change management, restructures, TUPE, and employee relations issues including absence, capability, disciplinaries and grievances. You’ll coach managers to handle sensitive situations fairly and confidently, while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.

Alongside this, you will:
