HR AdvisorLocation: KIMS Hospital, MaidstoneContract: Permanent Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)Shifts: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pmSalary: £34,200- £37,000 per annumWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team, providing a comprehensive HR advisory service across KIMS Hospital and the wider LYCA Health group.This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering high-quality HR support.About the RoleAs an HR Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering expert guidance across all areas of HR and employee relations. You will manage a varied caseload and play an active role in supporting organisational initiatives and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, escalating where appropriateManage a range of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and redundancySupport formal meetings and hearings, including minute taking and documentationProvide guidance on maternity, paternity, and adoption processesSupport organisational change, including restructures and TUPE transfersDeliver monthly HR inductions for new startersOversee contracts of employment and ensure accuracy of HR documentationSupport payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely updatesManage leaver processes, including exit interviews and reporting insightsProduce monthly HR analytics and reports for business leadersContribute to staff engagement, pay, and reward projectsDeliver HR workshops to upskill managers in employee relationsMaintain and update HR policies in line with current legislationSupport implementation and optimisation of the HRIS systemAbout YouYou will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.Essential RequirementsMinimum 4 years' experience in an HR role (ideally at Advisor level)CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above)Experience managing employee relations caseworkStrong analytical and reporting skillsExperience using HR systems and producing reportsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with professionalismDesirableExperience within a healthcare or multi-site environmentExperience supporting HRIS implementationWhy Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation, working closely with managers and contributing to key HR initiatives that support our people and culture.At KIMS Hospital we understand our people are our biggest asset and as such we are focused on ensuring they feel happy and valued both in and out of the workplace.
