HR Advisor – Lisburn, Northern Ireland Morson are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Lisburn to recruit an HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE). The organisation operates a hybrid working model, typically requiring 3–4 days per week in the office. The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and managers across a global workforce of approximately 500 employees. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and implementation of the organisation's People Plan
Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a primary contact for HR queries across the full employee lifecycle
Support the management and optimisation of the HR system, including policies, procedures, and terms & conditions
Take ownership of colleague lifecycle activities including recruitment administration, pre-screening, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, wellbeing, and life events
Develop strong knowledge of employment legislation to ensure effective risk management and compliance
