About the Role The HR Advisor at Rogerstone Park is a key HR Generalist role, providing pragmatic, operational HR support to site teams. With a strong focus on employee relations, the role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports people processes, and helps maintain a high-performing, safe, and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries. Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation. Monitor attendance, identify trends, and support managers with effective interventions.
