Job Title: HR Advisor – Cheshire East
Length of Contract: 6 weeks initially
Hourly Rate: £17.85 - £18.85 per hour.
Hours per week: 37 hours but part time can be considered.
Department: People & Organisational Development
Location: Winsford – on site 5 days per week.
Special Allowances: Casual Car Allowance
Reporting To: HR Business Partner

Job Purpose
To support the development and delivery of HR policies, processes, and frameworks. The HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support to managers across the business in key HR areas including absence management, performance management, organisational change, recruitment and promotion, and workforce/succession planning.

Principal Responsibilities
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and that procedures are applied fairly, consistently, and in line with policy.
Deliver coaching and training to managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies, promoting best practice across the organisation.
