We are a long established Manufacturer , based in Walsall, undergoing considerable growth and are at the stage where we need permanent professional HR support in the business. About the Role As our HR Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy compliance. Youll work closely with managers and employees on the shop floor, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
